01Who we are

Gesethra (Gesethra Creative Agency Rek. Yaz. Bil. ve Dan. Ltd. Şti.) is a creative agency based in Istanbul, Türkiye, operating gesethra.com. If you have any question about how we handle your information, write to info@gesethra.com and a human will answer, usually within two working days. We act as the data controller for everything you submit through this site. Address: İstiklal Mah. Piyalepaşa Bulvarı B-C Blok No: 22/1 İç Kapı No: 1 Beyoğlu/İstanbul.

02What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive your name, email, company (optional) and message. When you book a call we additionally receive a project type. Our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) to keep the site healthy and to defend against abuse. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies on this site. Creator applications additionally include phone, city, social handles and a portfolio link; job applications include a CV file; the newsletter stores only your email. We use no third-party analytics or ad pixels; form notifications are delivered via the Google Workspace (Google LLC, US) email service.

03How long we keep it

1. Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from the date we receive them.
2. Booking submissions: up to 12 months from the date of the call (or cancellation).
3. Server access logs: up to 30 days, then automatically rotated and deleted.
4. Email correspondence: kept for as long as the client relationship lasts, plus the period required by Turkish tax and commercial law.
5. Creator and job applications (incl. CVs): at most 12 months.

04Your rights

Under KVKK (Türkiye) and GDPR (EU/UK), you can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. We answer requests free of charge within 30 days.

05How to reach us

Send your request to info@gesethra.com with the subject line “data request”. Please include enough information for us to identify you (the email address or name you used). If you believe we mishandled your data, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
