You’re welcome to read, share and quote the content on gesethra.com for any non-commercial purpose, as long as you credit us. Don’t use the site to break the law, harvest data, attack our infrastructure, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access for anyone doing the opposite.
02Intellectual property
Everything you see (logos, names, copy, design, illustrations, code) is owned by Gesethra or licensed to us, unless we explicitly state otherwise. Case studies feature client work we produced, with permission. You cannot reuse our visual identity, brand name or proprietary work commercially without written consent.
03No warranties
We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we offer it on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for content hosted elsewhere.
04Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gesethra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
05Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Çağlayan courts and execution offices, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
