Social media management

Social media management: content that sells, not scrolls past.

Everything you expect from a social media agency under one roof: strategy, brand-specific content, monthly shoots, community management and ads. We work to grow your brand, not just to keep the feed tidy.

What management covers

01

Strategy and positioning

Competitor analysis, audience and platform choices; one direction every post connects to.

02

Brand-specific content

No templates. A content system built from your identity that makes you recognisable in the feed.

03

Monthly shoots

Photo and video production on a regular schedule; your product always has fresh visuals.

04

Community management

Comments, DMs, tricky moments and customer replies; the account becomes a living channel.

05

Ads management

Meta and TikTok campaigns run by the same team that produces the content; creatives refresh with data.

06

Reporting

Monthly reports track the goal, not vanity metrics: reach, engagement and conversion.

What does social media management actually cover?

Social media management is not keeping accounts alive with regular posts. It is a process where strategy, content production, shooting, publishing, community management and advertising run on one calendar. When one link is missing the others jam: without shoots the calendar empties in the second month, without ads good content stays with a small audience, without community management incoming interest fades before it converts.

In practice the bottleneck is visual production. Most brands can come up with content ideas but cannot find the team to shoot them. That is why we do not separate management from production; the monthly shoot day is the engine of the content calendar. Having photo and video in the same team cuts the time from idea to publish from weeks to days.

The second critical point is running organic and paid from the same hand. The organic account is the testing ground, advertising is the scaling ground. Growing a piece of content that already works organically is cheaper and more accurate than producing an ad creative from scratch.

What determines the price?

Price is set by scope, not by post count. How many shoot days per month, how many platforms, whether video editing is included, whether ad management is in scope and who carries comment and message traffic all define the total effort.

Ad spend and agency fee are always separate lines. Proposals that merge them into one number make comparison impossible. Proposals that leave production out look cheap but come back as extra cost once the content stock runs dry.

We publish our ranges openly in the 2026 pricing guide, and we price line by line once scope is clear.

How we work

1

Analysis and strategy

Brand, competitor and audience analysis sets the platform and content direction.

2

Content system

Visual language, content types and calendar are set; the first shoot is planned.

3

Publish and engage

The production cycle runs; engagement is handled same day.

4

Measure and iterate

Data tells us what works; strategy updates monthly.

Sectors we work in

Restaurants, cafes and gastronomy

Our densest category. Production for Huqqabaz, Hamdi, Sıralı Kebap, Çeşnili and Madhu’s Istanbul; social media for Unique Corner from opening day.

Hotels and hospitality

Location and lifestyle production for JW Marriott, Holiday Inn and Hotel Caeli. In hospitality, content has to sell atmosphere as much as rooms.

E-commerce and retail

For brands like Dr. Paw and The Vixi we built content, ads and commerce communication together. Success here is measured in carts, not likes.

Beauty and personal care

Objection-handling content, usage video and social proof drive conversion in this category.

Service and professional brands

For Klas Çiçek and BlokHouse we ran identity and social media in one language. Trust is the first reason to buy a service.

Local businesses

Radius-targeted ads, Google business profile and review management bring in as much work as social itself.

FAQ

Agency or freelancer?

A freelancer is one person; an agency puts a copywriter, designer, production crew and ads specialist on the same brand. For growth goals, you want the multi-discipline team.

Which platforms do you manage?

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube; we focus on the platforms where your audience actually is.

Who produces the content?

Our in-house team dedicated to your brand: strategy, copy, design, shooting and editing. No stock templates.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope: content volume, shoots and ads management set the price. We publish honest ranges in our pricing guide and define scope together before any proposal.
