Ads management

Ads management: results talk, budgets listen.

An unattended ad account burns budget quietly. We build the campaigns, produce the creatives, optimise weekly and tie reports to revenue.

What ads management covers

01

Campaign strategy

Goal, funnel and budget plan; which channel plays which message is set upfront.

02

Creative production

Creative is the fuel: statics, video and UGC variations produced in-house.

03

Meta, TikTok, Google setup

Pixels, conversion tracking, audiences and campaign architecture done right.

04

Continuous optimisation

Budget flows to winning creatives and audiences; tired ads get replaced.

05

A/B testing

Hooks, copy and offers tested; decisions made with data, not gut feeling.

06

Revenue-tied reporting

Not clicks: cost per conversion, ROAS and impact on sales.

What does ad management cover?

Ad management is not setting up campaigns and loading budget. Goal definition, audience design, creative production, a test plan, measurement and weekly budget reallocation are parts of one job. A campaign built correctly in the panel but fed with weak creative burns money, and good creative pointed at the wrong audience does the same.

Here, advertising sits at the same table as the team producing the content. We do not wait on an outside shoot to refresh a tired creative; we change the hook and ship the new variation within days. The most expensive delay in advertising is the gap between the moment data tells you what to do and the moment you can actually do it.

On measurement, likes and reach carry no information on their own. Three-second view rate, clicks, add-to-cart, form fills and cost per conversion per creative are the numbers that matter. When a creative’s cost per conversion starts climbing it is tired, and the next variation goes live.

Ad spend and agency fee are separate lines

Ad spend goes straight to the platform; the agency fee covers managing the work and producing creative. Proposals that merge them hide where the money actually goes.

How much budget is right depends on category and goal, but it has to be sustainable. A one-month trial often is not enough even to learn, because the platform needs a certain conversion volume before it can optimise.

The number of creatives also affects price. You cannot test with a single video; starting with at least three or four different hooks is the only way to see which story lands.

How we work

1

Account and tracking audit

Existing account, pixel and data layer reviewed; solid ground first.

2

Strategy and creative set

Campaign architecture and the first creative variations.

3

Launch and optimise

Campaigns go live and run a weekly optimisation loop.

4

Scale

Once a setup works, budget scales in controlled steps.

Goals we work towards

E-commerce sales

Catalog, dynamic retargeting and creative rotation together; measured in carts and revenue.

Lead generation

Form and message campaigns for service brands; the goal is qualified demand, not engagement.

Local visits and bookings

Radius targeting for restaurants, cafes and venues. Advertising to a whole city burns budget.

Brand awareness

Reach and recall for launches and seasonal pushes; the upper funnel that feeds performance.

Apps and digital products

Install and signup campaigns paired with creative testing.

Seasonal campaigns

Black Friday and season changes are planned at least six weeks ahead. A brand that starts producing on campaign day misses the campaign.

FAQ

How is the fee set?

Fixed monthly fee or a percentage of ad spend; both are legitimate and defined upfront. Ad spend itself is always a separate line, paid directly to the platforms.

What is the minimum ad budget?

It depends on the goal and category; we advise against budgets too small to produce meaningful data, and set a realistic starting range together.

Are creatives included?

Yes, that is the point: statics, video edits and UGC are part of the service. An account without creative variety cannot be optimised.

When do results come?

Learning takes a few weeks; meaningful optimisation signals usually appear within the first month, scaling decisions in months two and three.
