UGC & Influencer
UGC agency: people watch people.
Polished studio ads get scrolled past; a creator telling the story in their own words gets watched, and sells. We run the whole UGC line: creator network, briefs, shooting, usage rights and ads integration.
What the UGC line covers
Creator network and casting
We look at delivery, not follower counts; creators who resemble your audience and feel natural on camera.
Brief and hook design
We write the hook, message and the do-nots; the words stay the creator's own.
Shooting and editing
Vertical, subtitled, hook-first edits in the platform's native language.
Usage rights
Which video, which channel, for how long; all in the contract before shooting.
Ads integration
Videos feed Meta and TikTok campaigns as creative variations.
Performance tracking
Hook rate, watch time and cost per conversion tracked; tired creatives get replaced.
What UGC is and why it works
UGC is content told in the user’s voice. The person on camera speaks like someone who actually uses the product, not like a brand spokesperson. It works for a simple reason: people trust someone like themselves more than they trust an ad.
This format does a different job from the brand’s own polished film. The polished film positions the brand; UGC answers the last objection before purchase. Unboxing, the moment of use, before and after, the small details you only notice while using it: these are the things a product page cannot say.
UGC and influencer partnerships should not be confused. With an influencer you buy access to their audience and the content lives on their account. With UGC you buy the content itself and run it on the brand account or in ads. Pricing, usage rights and measurement all differ.
How many pieces to start with
If you are testing in ads, you do not start with one video. You need at least three or four different hooks, different ways into the product. Only comparison shows which story lands.
Creative gets tired. When cost per conversion starts climbing, the next one has to be ready. That is why running UGC as a continuous production line works better than a one-off package.
We pick creators by whether they resemble the product’s real user, not by follower count. Skin type in beauty, an actual kitchen in food, genuinely owning a pet for pet products; credibility is built from those details.
Usage rights and price
Price is set by the number of pieces, video length, creator profile, whether filming sits with the creator or with us, whether editing and captions are included, and the term of the advertising usage rights.
Usage rights are the most often skipped clause. If you plan to run the content in ads, the term and scope must be written into the contract. There is a real price difference between perpetual and three-month rights.
Because our creator network, production crew and ad management sit under one roof, the content goes straight into the testing cycle rather than sitting on a shelf after delivery.

Which product, for whom, told through which problem?
Creator matching
Creators picked from our network, brief delivered.
Production batch
Multiple variations shot with different hooks.
Test and iterate
Ad data picks the winner; the next batch follows it.
Categories we produce for
Beauty and personal care
Application moments, before and after, skin type matching. The category with the heaviest objections.
Food and beverage
Taste description, preparation and real table use. Gastronomy is our densest category.
E-commerce and retail
Unboxing, delivery moment and close-ups that show build quality; the format that moves carts.
Pet products
For Dr. Paw we built social media, creative content and commerce communication together.
Home and living
Use scenarios and the product inside a real space; shows what life looks like after purchase.
Apps and digital products
Screen capture paired with real usage narration; makes an abstract benefit concrete.

FAQ
Is UGC the same as influencer marketing?
No. Influencer work rents the creator's audience and publishes on their profile; UGC buys the content itself for the brand's own channels and ads. They complement each other.
How do you pick creators?
By natural delivery and audience resemblance, not follower counts; since the video runs on your channels, the creator's reach barely matters.
Can I use the videos in ads indefinitely?
Usage rights are set by contract: channels and duration written upfront, so you never have to pull your best performing creative.
How many videos should I start with?
Start with variations, not a single video: one batch with different hooks shows with data which story sells.
